In addition to a solid education focusing on process design and/or process control, a set of personal competencies is a prerequisite for a successful process engineer. Being a team player and having an ability to interact effectively with client’s organization and others disciplines in our taskforce is essential.Process engineers take overall responsibility for the process and process control functionality for projects in the oil, gas and (petro-) chemical industry, renewable energy solutions, life science and advanced manufacturing. They work within a task force for the realization of multi-discipline projects in close cooperation with vendors and clients to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.We are looking for an enthusiastic Process Engineer to strengthen our team. Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:• Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all specific areas of expertise • Assist others on engineering problems and methods • Use advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the relevant field of process work• Represent Process Technology in meetings and conferences related to their field of expertise and authoring papers.• Contribute to the development of the talent in the organization by sharing their knowledge• Mentoring employees within a functional specialty• Developing and leading training sessions• May supervise others and/or be responsible for training of engineers/specialists• Provide support to Fluor project team members to enhance Fluor’s understanding of client technology and business• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines• Contribute value awareness concepts to Process design in regard to cost focus• Perform process studies for more complex systems• Check calculations of others; perform calculations for complex systems To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Basic Job Requirements • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering • 5-10 years of work-related experience • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
