The position As Process Development Partner, you will be responsible for writing and owning processes & procedures centred around our devices at the stage when transferring from development into production, from initiation to implementation. We need to focus on establishing processes & procedures to facilitate the onboarding of many new colleagues and to enable us to execute our tasks more efficiently due to our expansion strategies. The success relies on a cross-organisational cooperation. You will be at the lead, ensuring that input from the key stakeholders from different department (for example in device development, production, commercial, quality, and regulations) are aligned and incorporated in the processes & procedures to make us work towards the common goal. Some of your key responsibilities include: Identifying, planning & writing the various processes & procedures needed related to bringing a new device into finished production Overall coordination of activities with the large range of stakeholders across the organisation Providing clear goals, scope and purpose for the processes, set direction for the contributing stakeholders and keeping them engaged Planning and driving execution by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks, and escalating when needed Presenting at inspections from Health Authorities. On top of that, you will continuously improve the way processes are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and ensuring solutions are pursued. This is a new position, therefore, you will have the opportunity to define the way of working to a large extent. You will be driver of further refinement and clarification of the role. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or any other relevant field Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills that allow you to communicate effectively at all organisational levels, understand their need and come up with the best processes or procedures to implement which need to be fit for the purpose and accepted by all stakeholders Manage and drive several processes at the same time and focus on the strategic outlook Be proficient in English both spoken and written. It would be considered as a plus if you: Have a previous experience from a production setting, a development organisation, regulation or Quality Assurance within a highly regulated environments (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food industry) Are used to work with Steering Committees and interact with governance. DMD is the bridge between Device Research & Development and Production, being responsible for development of variants and activities related to manufacturing of devices. In this role, you will be anchored in Device Development with 45 other dedicated colleagues, with different responsibilities within development and bringing the expanding portfolio of new devices & delivery systems into production and new markets.
