Key Responsibilities The Payment Solutions Integration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a close cooperation with our Global Bank Management team. Thereby ensure a continues on-boarding of banks and payment types, to Maersk central payment system.You will also manage communication with external stakeholders, consisting of Global and Local Banks in more than 100 countries. While at the same time manage communication with internal stakeholders, consisting of several business unit ERP system business and tech teams.At the same time, you will be part of a team, where coaching and sharing learnings is a natural part of the way of workingAs a Payment Solutions Integration Manager, you will be part of our DevOps team where you will have the following tasks:Run the daily SCRUMManage Backlog, ensuring all tasks are captured and prioritised.Continuously liaison with Treasury and Finance Business partners, and Bank project teams.Collect and build up payment format repositoryHead up smaller projects, when requiredPost implementation support, including 3-level system support for the daily payment / Reconciliation process. We are looking for: Experience & Technical SkillsMust have:Some experience from SWIFT / Payment formats ISO 15.022 and ISO 20.022Experience from international work environmentExcellent communication skills in written and spoken English and intercultural understandingExperience working with TRAX or other payment system is a plusPreferably 2-3 years of payment solution or Back Office experienceAdvantage if:Some end to end system integration test, or similar experience of end user test.Experience in finding temporary and permanent solutions to incidents, as and when they happenRoot cause analysis in performance and incident related issuesBusiness Skills:Must have or express a clear interest in understanding global Bank payment message flows.Understand the business language and be able to translate that to Application related issues while supporting and troubleshooting.Ways of workingVery strong communication and collaboration skillsStructured, highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skillsCollaborative, with strong mentoring and people skills / personal impactHighly motivated and work well under pressureInnovative, with the ability to think outside the boxFact paced and result orientedAn individual who understands and respects the agile methodAs a person:Self-starter and highly motivatedCultural understanding and experienced working in multi-cultural teamsWilling to share knowledge and work as a teamProficient in EnglishService Minded
