What is Ocean and who are we looking for?We are looking for a dynamic all-round service representative for our office in Copenhagen. We are a fast-growing international Tech company with 30+ (and increasing) employees at our office in Copenhagen (Christianshavn).We are a diverse group of developers, IT geeks, marketing, and sales wizards as well as customer engagement types from all parts of the world and our daily language is English.You will be responsible for all the service tasks that make our office function daily including: * Being the central point of contact for Ocean employees and guests. * Assisting with catering for meetings and lunch. * Managing our supply of lunch/daily goods/hardware/travel bookings etc. * Administrative tasks such as invoicing handling, including following up on overdues and other. You must be proactive, service minded and fluent in English.We do not judge you on your ability to speak Danish, but we do care that you fit in with our slightly nerdy culture.
