You will help building up global capabilities and competences both regarding processes and molds.Core ResponsibilitiesMake a positive impact in the world and succeed together with your colleagues!• Prepare for every single mold, by looking at the mold as an individual mold with a documented history• Monitor flow of molds, secure that every mold is approved and can produce elements in the right quality• Secure that the mold documentation is updated• Globally and locally cross functional problem solving by interacting with our global colleagues from different departments, actively using the diversity in culture and skills.You have the mandate to decide which repairs to make within the guidelines set and conclusion on measurement reports and make solutions or investments accordingly.The position is a mix of specialist task, to extract findings and individually run LEAN processes, use Six Sigma toolbox and training colleagues globally.Play your part in our team succeedingThe main focus is to be a partner in the development of new mold or element concepts and supporting these. We seek robustness, and the reproducibility of the molding process.We have a lot of interaction with other departments in Engineering & Quality to secure the common agenda and understanding.We expect you to be a great teammate and able to give feedback, communicate and be systematic in your approach to problem solving and the organization.Time flexibility is required to support for different shifts and travelling will occur.Do you have what it takes?• Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Tool Maker, Mold Designer or Plastic Maker specialist• Knowledge and understanding of constructions, and the different types of molds• More than 2 years of experience within toolmaking or in optimizing in materials or molds• Knowledge of CAD updates and constructions• Experience in the LEAN and Six Sigma Toolbox• Preferred fluent in local language or English
