Your responsibilities as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Senior Solution Architect As our new MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Senior Solution Architect you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in NNIT. Your experience and personality enable you to handle your stakeholders and influence central decision makers. We need Solution Architects who seeks to develop the customer experience as they move forward on their D365 journey, not only on CE, but also in areas like Marketing and Field Service. You will be the end-to-end Solution Architect and engage with a variety of Customers, and you are able to think long-term solution architecture. You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate at different levels, depending on the target audience. You will join our Dynamics Application Services team You will join a fast-growing department with about 120 top professional colleagues in both Denmark and the Philippines. NNIT’s offering on Dynamics 365 has grown significantly in the last couple of years and with acquisition of SCALES in 2017, this area has become a genuine strategic initiative for NNIT, making us one of the biggest Dynamics ERP, CE/CRM and Power Platform houses in Denmark. As a Solution Architect in NNIT you will become acquainted with the entire Microsoft Business Application Ecosystem and work in close collaboration with Scales and Microsoft, as well as our Azure, Modern Workplace and Security teams. The team you will join is a team consisting of Functional and Technical Solution Architects as well as Application Managers across all our Dynamics 365 customers, which means that knowledge sharing and collaboration is essential. The team is responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as ongoing developing the Customers’ IT solutions and applications. Together with your team you have the full responsibility for advising the customers and adding new functionality and features to existing systems within our portfolio. Your qualifications and experience You have in-depth knowledge within Microsoft Dynamics CE space, and some or extended knowledge in how the suites interplay with e.g. Marketing and Fields Service. You are able to translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality, in accordance with customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist with assessments, estimates and recommendations for the prioritization of change requests, new functionality and defect fixing. Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic and you are expected to take ownership of tasks. You challenge and transform business requirements that are not clear, and unambiguous into a concise set of requirements that can be used and traced throughout the implementation phases. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: Deep Dynamics 365 CE/CRM application knowledge with both functional and technical off-set (Conducting customizations, custom development and integrations) At least 5 years of experience within Dynamics CE/CRM and development Excellent consulting mindset coupled with the ability to develop the right solutions by exercising your drive for results Experience with minimum half of the below topics: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM – either CRM On-premise or Online (or both) Experiences in the interplay between CE, Marketing and Field Service Performance optimizing from a Dynamics CE point of view Environment upgrades and transitions. Release & deployment, e.g thru. Azure DevOps Experience with working in a global environment with teams in different geography and culture You are able to work both in a team and independently and engage with your colleagues, including knowledge sharing. You explain complex issues in a simple way and are motivated by developing others. You communicate with our international colleagues and customers. Therefore, it is crucial that you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Good Danish skills will be an advantage.
