The Installation department with its highly experienced technicians is leading and supporting subcontractors for installation of wind turbines on all construction sites of the NE&ME region.How to contribute to our vision: The will be overall responsible for the Installation department which has colleagues based mainly in Denmark and Hungary. The teams are supporting all construction sites throughout the NE&ME region (BeNeLux, Eastern/Southeast Europe and Middle East). The Installation department with its teams has the highest operational experience and knowledge with regards to the installation process of wind turbine. Beside the role of , and (Stock Keeper) are the main functions which are sent to our construction sites.As their leader you will be expected together with your team leads to maintain and further develop the high knowledge and experience base. Main responsibilities will include to ensure that defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all wind turbine installations are assigned. As you report to the Head of Construction within NE&ME PM.Your main tasks will be:Disciplinary lead of the department through its team leadsRepresent the department towards internal and external stakeholdersContinuous forward planning and updating of capacity planning in cooperation with the planning teams within and outside ConstructionCoordinating and deciding on upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilizationEstablish efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting together with the Construction Excellence teamAssess risks/opportunities for installation procedure at the construction siteMonitor compliance of standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS -guidelines.Recruiting and integration of new team members, developing roles and coaching team members constantlyPreparing and contributing to contractual matters, with external parties (e.g. subcontractors, clients)Ensuring effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifying organizational issuesMonitoring continuously the status of all assigned projects, and supporting the accountable Construction Project ManagersContinuously detecting weak points in our daily processes and working out possible measures to change or improve itWhat you need to make a difference: Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.We are looking for a team player, who is structured and an outstanding motivator.
