For our Major Projects we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join us either in Denmark, Brande or Skovlunde or in Solna, Sweden.Are you a Project Manager with a proven track record and excellent communication and people skills? Can you manage stakeholders with one hand while safely navigating projects with the other?How to contribute to our visionYou will be responsible for project execution from project handover to projects Execution Closure.You will ensure project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality management (QM) performance.You will manage and facilitate efficient communication & collaboration between all relevant stakeholders (internal & external).You will facilitate Continuous Learning in the project.You will be a leader of your project team and MP organization.You will promote HSE & Quality culture within the entire project team.You will review and approve project scope, supplier tenders and budget creation ahead of handover.You will ensure availability of qualified resources and of work instruction/ procedures.You will create and maintain risk and opportunity register with support of Commercial Project Manager (CPM) in medium- & high-complexity projects.You will be a part of Technical Supplier Management (e.g. operational alignment, scope changes, etc.) including mitigation and escalation of supplier issues.What you need to make a differenceBesides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment:satisfactory professional working experience in project managementa structured person and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills (quantitative and organizational / process assignments) taking a holistic end-to-end perspectiveproven track record in project management and the ability to communicate with colleagues and collaborators in a large, complex and global organizationcommitment to deadlines and show ownership on your assignmentsideally has wind experienceexcellent English skills – orally as well as in writinga team player with a can-do attitude, open to feedback from peers and managers and willingness to learn and developIt is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
