Drive growth of the L&S portfolio through structured growth initiatives across L&S and monitor the business performance.Support growth of L&S products across the brandsParticipate in strategic projects and lead organic growth initiativesSupport the annual sales target setting exercise between L&S Product Heads, Finance and SalesBe the single point of contact from the Product side for commercial initiatives , including SIP, SFDC Improvements, Dashboard Development, etc.Measure L&S PerformanceMonitor the development of the pipeline growth per product and ensure all brands are well engaged to contribute to the growthMonitor sales conversion meeting sales targets and notable opportunities won/open in pipeline, driving required attention of senior stakeholdersPrepare monthly analytics for L&S portfolio, including actuals volume and revenue generation, margin improvements;Drive Organic Growth Initiatives for L&SSupport Product Management with the design of new products and value propositions dedicated to the different target customers segments and verticalsDrive the development and implementation of the L&S Organic growth Strategic InitiativesSupport individual L&S products and geographies with corrective action initiatives as needed to fuel growth.
