Learning Management System Technical Support and Administration Data Management and Reporting System Content Management Support Oracle Cloud LMS Migration and Implementation Support Provide technical support to user issues via respective case management tools and systems; Support streamlining help desk support Provide quality and timely response to the Talent Development Managers, partner agencies, and end-users’ queries and requests with regards to the various learning activities managed through the LMS. Upgrade existing LMS pages to include new courses and programmes. Update LMS pages and content when requested. Approve LMS user access based on access requests received from Partner Agencies. Restore access to historical learning records and link learner records to new profiles as appropriate. Track enrollments, progress, assessments, completion rates for various learning activities, programmes, and reconcile rosters. Produce and maintain user guides, FAQs, and SOPs. Update completions of programmes and certifications on LMS based on completion data from external learning platforms and completions submitted by personnel and/or focal points. Maintain and submit cost recovery data to BMS Operations team/Supervisor. Monitor and track cost recovery information for LMS access. Manage access to dashboard, other tools and platforms. Assist in developing high quality and interactive dashboards in Power BI with advanced tools and techniques. Ensure updated learning records Liaise with ITM and other stakeholders to support development and maintenance of high-quality dashboards in Power BI with advanced tools and techniques. Update data and work with relevant focal points to automate processes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HR Information Systems, OHR, ITM, HR Business Partners and Talent Development Managers to collate data. Support and produce timely and adhoc reports for management, TDMs, and other clients. Monitor the performance LMS Dashboard in Power BI and its integration status with UNDP’s Data Warehouse. Assist in developing surveys and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative survey results. Support uploading new courses on LMS and archiving outdated courses. Create learning paths/learning plans on LMS and other online learning platforms. Develop new pages on LMS/Talent Development Hub and/or update existing pages based on the content provided by the team. Provide support for other continuous improvement initiatives and programmes as needed. Provide support in historical data migration. Provide administrative support in design, layout, and setup of programmes. Perform data quality checks on migrated data. Coordinate with TDMs to perform quality assurance expercises. Secondary School degree with at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, information technology, business analytics and administration, learning and development or related discipline with relevant work experience of four (4) years will be given due consideration. 4-7 years of progressive relevant experience in the public of private sectors, multilateral organizations including UN, academia, non-governmental sector, private and corporate companies is required. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in learning management systems, Content Management and/or Data analytics. Advance experience in usage of MS Office Suite (e.g., PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and spreadsheets required; knowledge of HRIS systemad and other digital platforms is highly desirable. Solid understanding of SQL, MS Access, SharePoint is desired. Knowledge of advanced data analytics and visualization tools, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is desirable. Knowledge of course authoring tools is an asset. Full proficiency in English. Knowledge of another UN language (e.g., French, Spanish) is an asset.Contract Duration: 2 Year with possibility for extension
