We’re building a digital experience, adding layers of machine learning and combining with a service level you only find in the top user-centric startups.THE ROLEYou will take on a lead role in a tech team of five with plenty of ambition, experience and talent. You will be the primary driver when it comes to analyzing, deciding, implementing and documenting software architecture, devops, integrations and features. Furthermore, you will be a linchpin in ensuring the performance and growth of the tech team. Ideally, you are a senior software engineer with well-rounded experience now looking to take on lead responsibilities, or maybe with a few years of experience as a lead already.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Proven development experience. As a teacher and mentor to team members, you need to be seasoned in web development and devops. * Communication skills, respect and humility. We work with autonomy, but as a team. * A passion for full-stack development. As a key player in the team, you should have knowledge of – and eagerness to learn and manage – all parts of the stack and the pipeline. * Experience with devops, cloud computing and security. Ideally you’re a curious, well-rounded profile. We’re using Google Cloud and Kubernetes, and experience with those platforms is certainly a plus. * Interest in – and experience with – modern technologies. We’re using React/next.js, Spring Boot, Angular and MongoDB. The more you know about these, the better. * You take pride in quality and writing tests (unit, integration, end to end etc.) and refactoring code when needed is second nature to you. * A strong startup and Lean Kanban / Agile / Scrum(ish) mindset. You’re joining a fast-paced startup, so be open to changes. A track record in startups is an advantage. * You live in the Copenhagen area or close by. We’re not looking for a remote worker, but for someone who can work from the office and add to the company culture.
