LCOE Program Manager – Siemens Gamesa – Brande

How to contribute to our vision As a LCOE Program Manager you will be responsible for the following scope: You will act as a central manager and focal point for selected cross-functional workstreams within SGRE’s LCOE program and you will be providing expertise, guidance and direction – driving those workstreams to sustainable impact in LCOE optimization.You will ensure that identified improvements are captured, evaluated and transformed into ready-to-implement measures. This includes ensuring consistency across all workstreams within the LCOE program in best practices, governance and tracking. You will report LCOE development to Onshore and Service top management on regular basis. You will drive decision making with the top leaders across both Business Units on prioritization of LCOE improvement initiatives.You will create an environment where we capture new ideas that will improve our competitiveness including but not limited to workshops and product conventions across functions and Business Units.You will ensure that the efforts of the selected cross-functional workstream teams are aligned and all the workstreams are working towards one common goal of improving SGRE’s competitiveness and reducing Levelized Cost of Energy.You will help develop the necessary processes and tools that will govern SGRE’s approach towards LCOE improvement for the next years.What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and drive to lead the change. We are looking for candidates with a Technical or Business Administration degree and 2-5 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry, preferably in cost-out or value-up activities or internal project management.You will be working with an international cross-functional, cross-BU team so international and multicultural experience will be considered a benefit for this position.You should be a team player with a passion for continuous improvement, with good people management skills and ability to motivate and engage colleagues to follow your example. As the working language in Siemens Gamesa is English, we expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written English.Good IT skills, especially in Excel.
