Junior Platform Manager – Siemens Gamesa – Brande

How to contribute to our vision In this newly created role, the Junior Platform Manager will be working with driving constant collection and planning of new or future productivity improvement opportunities. In this role you will also be expected to run smaller ad-hoc projects and tasks in relation to product development.A key aspect will be to evaluate the productivity of business cases and follow up towards their maturity. To facilitate these improvements, you will need to establish a reporting structure and transparency on progress towards the Platform KPIs.In this function you will also be supporting the Platforms with meeting coordination & planning. In this role it will be crucial that you are excellent at managing good relationships with multiple stakeholders, and you are able to communicate and schedule alignment meetings with stakeholders from across our division.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We also need you to……ideally, you hold a master’s degree in the fields of Economics, Business Administration or similar fields. We also envision that you have at least 3 years of project experience with strong understanding of portfolio management. If you have worked with Product Management, it is a definite advantage but not a must.You need to be an experienced user of Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. It is a plus if you have some experience with Power BI. You are detail oriented, analytical, and have strong organizational skills. You have a proven ability to meet deadlines and you work well under pressure.It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
