We are looking for an Italian-speaking, independent, and service-oriented customer success specialist to help us take good care of our clients.Do you understand how digital marketing works (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads)? You are proactive, hands-on, and smiling when it comes to service? Then there’s a good chance you are the one!Your tasks: * Support our Italian clients in their day-to-day activities on the platform * Onboarding of new clients on the platform and ensuring a good process * Proactively drive success through guiding tests, customer education and eliminating roadblocks * Creation of content to help customers become successful The Customer Success Team:We started Nexta last year, building a Customer Success team to help us grow even faster. Customer Success at Nexta will integrate activities from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Training & Professional Services, to help our clients maximize the value they get from working with Nexta.The key of our Customer Success team is having a good relationship with our clients, driving their excitement for the platform and communicating valuable feedback back to our product and commercial teams. About you: We do not expect you to have extensive prior experience, but there are still some things we are looking for: * Studying in the last year of your Bachelor’s or first year of your Master’s within (Economics, Business, IT, or similar) * Entrepreneurial mindset – things are moving quickly in here and we need you to be hands-on * Customer-centric focus – you will work with clients in your everyday work and we need you to go the extra mile to make their lives easier * Excellent communication skills in English (company language) and Italian * Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Adform, Google etc) is a strong plus * Prior experience in customer service is a small plus The benefits: * Young and dynamic team with a great learning environment * Competitive salary * Flexible working hours depending on your schedule and during exam times * Modern office next to Østerport station * Lunch for a small fee (200kr per month) * Free coffee, tea, and drinks Our team:We are a team of 45 people across Copenhagen, Budapest and Krakow.
