IT System Manager for production – Novo Nordisk – Køge

The position is focused on supporting our customers across the site with IT System Management, so you must possess a natural curiosity and interest in the challenges and opportunities facing our colleagues working with the processes. The end goal is to succeed with providing compliant and simplified IT solutions for the company. You will be supervising the operation and maintenance of several GxP critical IT systems, including handling user management of the systems, perform continuous evaluation of the validated state of the IT systems and manage the expectations of internal customers, system owners and other key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will manage relevant vendor relations, following up on services and deliverables according to relevant agreements. Your responsibilities summed up: Implementing changes to ensure effective operations and continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc. Writing and Approving change requests, test protocols and instructions Incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework Quality activities, such as risk assessments Present the IT systems during audits and inspections Coordinate activities with different stakeholders such as maintenance and changes on the systems Identify improvements and optimise processes by using LEAN tools Offer advice and consultancy to the end users and managers of the systems in question. Participate in projects where you ensure that new IT systems meet User- and GMP- requirements. Qualifications To be successful in this role we expect you to have: Preferably you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in IT, automation or engineering or have an equivalent academic background Several years of experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems. Technical flair and have a solid understanding of IT compliance within the industry. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure timely high-quality documentation. Good collaborating and communicating skills as you work closely with a broad variety of key stakeholders, mainly within the production area. Experience with completion of validation and qualification documentation will therefore be considered an advantage. Experience with IT system management will be an advantage. The department You will be part of the IT department which consists of 16 dedicated and talented colleagues with different backgrounds. The team is part of the IT department, which in turn is anchored in our director area covering Project Office, IT, cLEAN and Digitalisation. The departments tasks include coordination of operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure across production, laboratories and administration. The department is also a central stakeholder in technical projects across the site. The IT department is currently expanding in order to fulfil the increased demands from customers and regulatory authorities, as well as to ensure a healthy work environment and make more room for personal development and growth.
