To enrich our team we are looking for the next possible date for a IT support employee (f/m/d) in fault management (user support) User support is the central user help desk for ndL’s tax offices. Your responsibilities: Recording, documentation and qualified description of reported faults for the tax administrations of the northern German states (Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen – ndL-Verbund). First-level support: Independent elimination of faults or forwarding to the competent body. Information of users about existing faults Quality assurance of incident reports and creation or updating of possible solutions, Independent startup and shutdown of servers and VMs. Training of users on the processes and use of incident management. What do you bring to the table? Successfully completed relevant vocational training in the field of IT technology (e.g. IT specialist in system integration, technical system information technology, IT system electronics). Good technical knowledge in particular to the operating software Linux and Windows.
