IT Service Management Specialist (m/f/d) Focus on service catalog management Your tasks with us Participation in the introduction, establishment and further development of the service management software DCON Servity. Strategic development of the service catalog as well as administration and maintenance of the service catalog in Servity. Establishment and further development of the license and certificate management. Creation of user documentation and implementation of internal end user training. Recording, automation and documentation of processes and workflows. Testing of processes and workflows and identification of dependencies. Consulting and support for service owners Support for the acceptance of software updates Close cooperation with the configuration management (CMDB). What you bring to the table A successfully completed university degree or a commercial or technical education Several years of professional experience in the field of service catalog and license management User and administration knowledge in dealing with an ITSM system. Knowledge and experience in IT service management, v.a.
