For our newly established Tool & Equipment Management (TEM) Equipment Operation department located in Offshore Construction, we are looking for an Equipment specialist. The team owns the full operational value chain; hence we are present in all main equipment decisions from design to execution of installation projects.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be a part of a team that supports projects around the globe. We are the specialists in all equipment (blade and nacelle yokes, tower guide systems, HSBMs, tower grippers and others). Your role will be that of an equipment technical sparring partner to all projects and new turbine developments. The scope of the task is to provide technical support to the business, supporting projects throughout the full value chain and participating in developments of new equipment. We operate on Offshore projects both onshore and offshore and we are always available to better support our clients.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a skilled person that wants to make a special effort in securing high uptime of the equipment throughout its lifetime through an integrated feedback loop, linking user experience to preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

We expect that you have…

  • Experience with hands-on offshore operations, preferably with wind turbines, performing and leading mechanical and/or electrical equipment tests.
  • An ownership attitude and the ability to see problems and think quickly on feasible solutions while maintaining safe operations. Think safety first when you perform your task
  • A Pro-active mindset and the capability to work in a very demanding and constantly changing environment
  • Good communication skills, to secure involvement of different teams and departments cross projects and the equipment value chain (Fluent English is mandatory)
  • Availability to travel up to 120 days per year. You need to be able and willing to do so in order to successfully fill the position.
