The team is, with our online web shop and self-service model, an indispensable link for IGO. The team is divided between Order Entry and Inside Sales & Customer Service.The job…All in all, it is a very commercial role, where teamwork, customer focus and result orientation are very important elements. Working together in the local “country couples” and teams is an important key to success, and the work tasks are diverse and will overlap with your team members in order to create the right dynamics. As a part of the Inside Sales & Customer Service team you are responsible for all commercial activities that result from IGO’s market approach, and you will therefore have a variety of responsibilities. You will elaborate and follow-up on quotations, samples and leads generated by marketing. Additionally, you will identify and respond proactively to the opportunities in the Irish and British markets. It’s your goal to achieve the best commercial results! Together with your teammate you will ensure that the order goes through the order process with a high level of quality, which will result in a happy, returning customer. The order process includes a close dialogue with both our customers and suppliers, and requires a high level of awareness, both when it comes to your customers’ needs and the details of the specific order.Who are you…A person with commercial, proactive and result driven attitude in combination with an interest in fulfilling each order from first contact point until delivery is the key to fulfill this job successfully.
