Background & SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills: Master’s degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or technology 5+ years of experience with a significant part directly in an innovation-focused role, preference is in a global multi-business industrial company Good business understanding and experiences in customer insights and customer involvement in relation to innovation. Ability to understand technology and quickly assess ideas, value propositions and customer needs Coaching and mentoring skills to help, support and guide individuals and teams. High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your own work and contribute to the team success Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams/projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills including good communication skills (in English) Familiarity with online idea platform tools such as Nosco, Wazoku or similar is preferable but not a prerequisite Many projects relate to digitalization, electrification, and digital services. Prior knowledge and experience in one or more of these areas is an advantage, but not a must Basic skills in MS Teams and Office 365.
