As a HVAC Engineer you will play an important role in ensuring Aseptic Filling Facilities operate compliant and efficiently at the Novo Nordisk production sites. Your responsibilities are to support our sites in HVAC design, qualification and operations. We both support running production and new projects. We ensure integration with production processes, building and utilities, interpret external (GMP) requirements and ensure global harmonization. You will be cooperating with colleagues from different cultures, with different expertise’s and at different organizational levels. Good communication skills in English are key to success in this position. You will be working out of Bagsværd but expected to be ready to travel when needed. Qualifications To succeed in this role: You have bachelor or master’s degree as Mechanical Engineer or similar. You have minimum 3 years expertise within one or more areas of design, maintenance, validation, Control and monitoring for HVAC in aseptic production. About the department You will be joining Injectable Finished Products Manufacturing Development (IFP ManDev) which is anchored in Product Supply and globally address 19,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 44,000 employees. The responsibility of IFP ManDev is global product and process support and site improvements projects across the production network. You will be working in a team with dedicated professionals and specialists within different aspects of aseptic production; two of these colleagues have HVAC as their expertise.
