Together, the two of you will work specifically with our Global Services business unit which counts approximately 200 travelling engineers. We therefore endeavour to promote a lifestyle that meets your individual needs while also enabling you to be fully engaged at work.Your responsibilities Perform complete global payroll run in foreign currencies and foreign banks for 200+ employees in the Lessor 4 system (we are in the process of upgrading to LessorLøn)Ensure data quality in our global IT systems: Workday and OracleProvide HR administrative support within designated business area, including preparing employment contracts for new hires, addenda for employment changes etc.Participate in and contribute to HR Operations related projects, such as process and policy optimizationAct as a backup for your colleague during absence periodsWhat you bringRelevant education or qualifications within e.g. Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or HR.
