Head of Sales – Opeepl – København

We are looking for a Head of Sales to take overall responsibility for our global sales and client management efforts and continuously grow the turnover of the company. You will be responsible for improving all parts of the sales funnel from first meeting to key account management and lead our sales and client management teams. The client portfolio consist of global enterprise companies such as Ford, EA games and LVMH and has a high potential for international growth. You will be reporting to the CEO and plan and execute the sales strategy in accordance with the company strategy.The Job * Lead, manage and support the team of inside sales and client managers * Key account planning and management of key clients * Challenge and inspire key clients to engage more with Opeepl * Analyze data to optimize and develop all parts of the sales process * Inspire and educate your team for better work and processes * Develop and execute our global sales strategy * Recruiting for and growing the sales teams You * High achiever with 5+ years of relevant sales experience * Management experiences of sales teams * Experience in working with global sales towards enterprise size companies * You have the ability to analyze, optimize and develop all parts of the sales process * Experience within market research and the challenger sales model is a big plus * As a person you are open, responsible and thorough * You like an informal and young environment but can also be focused when needed * You have a relevant Bachelor or Master Degree in business How we workAs an organization we work with diversified KPIs and emphasize learning and teamwork on our path to reach our strategic goals.
