How to contribute to our visionAs our new Head of Offshore Site Training you will be leading a strong global Team of Specialists, Coordinators and Trainers.You will be globally owner of and responsible for the continued development of our Project Wind Technician Competency framework describing Roles & Responsibilities, Training requirements and Development paths for our Offshore workforce. You will be challenged to find the right balance between keeping a high safety and technical skillset and a huge global growth.You will be developing and delivering technical and people skill training supporting the continued development of our workforce as well as budgeting, planning and following up on training for our technicians.Additionally, to the above, you will be responsible for creating and driving the future roadmap for our digitalization of onsite training activities focusing on more safe and efficient competence development of our site personnel on a global scale.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
