How to contribute to our visionWe currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Head of Service Operations working within our Offshore Service business supporting the NE&ME (Northern Europe & Middle East) region. This role leads an Offshore business within the region and covers all leadership responsibilities such as, P&L, execution of projects, service and warranty contracts, customer specific requirements, and is accountable for delivering against safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets. The role is also the leader for the safety culture across a number of highly dispersed operations, as well as building and developing this team. As a part of the role, you will be required to develop strategy for Offshore business in line with Regional, Service, and Company long-term agenda, ensure implementation whilst also providing visible leadership and clear communication of the vision and direction of the organisation, being a role model and conveying the company values including and not limited to ownership, safety, people focus, and customer care.Position the company as a strategic partner towards customers, to deliver mutually profitable business solutions through development of those jointly with the sales and (Product Lifecycle Management) PLM teams. Proactively look for opportunities to grow and sustain the business. Ensure delivery of operational performance according to the agreed levels. If you have some Marine knowledge that would be a great advantageExperience in managing complex projects and operation with the cross-functional scope, variety of products and services, direct interface towards the external customersLeadership and development of the team with multiple levels including office and field employees and implementation of the ownership and safety cultureIdeally you will possess a Master ‘s degree within engineering or business or equivalent, although significant experience will also be consideredYou are approachable – We are looking for a people person who is able to present confidently to senior management and executives internal or external to the business and also capable of putting at ease individuals at any level within the organisationYou are flexible and adaptable – We are looking for this person to be non-rigid in own functional assignment, but to be willing and always embracing opportunities to support entire OneSGRE activities.
