Job Description Can you amplify our cross-category ambitions and help release the full LEGO® branded products potential via developing compelling stories tighter with brand teams and partners?Well, as our new Billund-based Head of Marketing in Licensing & Extended Line (LEL) you can bring your strategic marketing skills as well as outstanding partnership skills into play and help shape the future of our cross-category ambitions!Core ResponsibilitiesDrive an audience first LEL Portfolio Strategy (with integration into the Marketing portfolio Strategy).Drive Insights across LEL and categories.Integration of “Build direct and lasting relationship” with focus on membership.Develop & execute Go-to-market Marketing plans (across product lines).Partnership with our Markets & Channels org. on Retailer integration.Co-develop Product Partnership activation plans (i.e. with Adidas etc.)Drive shopper discoverability.Drive cross category shopping moment integration together with our global marketing organization.Drive Cross category execution with marketing (Bundles, shop in shops etc).Drive future business development in collaboration with the heads of Product Lines.Play your part in our team succeedingReporting into the Head of LEL, you will in this role bring your marketer experience from product development and the markets into play. Among others, the role sets the Portfolio Strategy for LEL across all products lines, drives integration into our global marketing organization and develops Go-To-Market marketing plans across the 4 product lines (Extended Line, Licensing, Publishing and Partnerships) and channels.Do you have what it takes?Strong Strategic Marketer preferably from global context within FMCG/sport/fashion or similar. Strong understanding of the licensing/partnership industry.Comfortable in building new frameworks.Use to collaborate with – and influence – very both internal and external senior partners.Strong experience in Trade Marketing + equivalent experience in Go-to-market Execution from a market perspective.Leadership wise you are proactive, results-focused, creative, and flexible problem solver with a growth mindset.Ability and willingness to speak-up and to challenge the status quo and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in navigating change and driving teams through transformations.What’s in it for you?
