That’s why we need you!You will be responsible for defining, executing and continuously optimising our go-to-community and go-to-market plan and tactics that will drive sign-ups for our community and downloads of our assistant. You will be working on the entire funnel from awareness through activation and all the way down to referral. We have a lot of insights so far, but will need your experimental approach to acquire new learnings on how best to approach our potential users. You will be working closely with our Content Editor and CEO.About you: * You have 2+ years of experience working with growth/marketing – primarily working with owned channels. * You are proactive, not afraid of making mistakes and learn fast. * You have experience in managing d2c go-to-market campaigns, preferably within health tech. B2B SaaS experience is a plus. * You have experience in CRM, content marketing and SEO * You are used to working data driven. You will use a data driven approach to always improve the user experience and call to action * Proven results increasing brand/product awareness and customer acquisition Your responsibilities: * A part of setting the growth plans for the next years * Own the customer lifecycle management process – by running campaigns and working with product teams on features and improvement to drive traffic and downloads * Manages the roll out of new properties and initiatives focused on generating buzz and excitement for wawa * You will partner with Product and Content teams to define appropriate narrative for wawa. * You will be in charge of researching and evaluating new growth opportunities for scaling customer acquisition * Be the champion of optimisation and testing.
