Global QHSE Training and Competency Manager f/m/d – Vestas – Aarhus

Responsibilities You define together with your stakeholders, the global Q&HSE competence strategy, whereon you and your team build the competency framework You facilitate the definition of role specific QCI / HSE competencies across Vestas and ensure that a learning and development framework and infrastructure are aligned You use your technical competences and act in your team as subject matter expert for Quality and CI or HSE and closely collaborate with the other experts to support the integrated management approach You work with functional and regional leads to ensure competencies are assessed and development takes place You define with the team the Vestas QHSE culture development through awareness campaigns and global events facilitation (like Safety or Quality Days), networks, behavioral programs like Safety and Quality Walks and other activities You coordinate the specific training development and deployment in close collaboration with the functions and regions You establish and maintain a global training development and delivery infrastructure and governance in close partnership with both internal and external partners With a standardized reporting and control setup you ensure to track and continuously improve training delivery, competence, and capability improvements By identification and establishment of potential tools and processes you support the competency strategy – such as digital knowledge sharing, virtual reality, development of digital learning, micro-, game- and social learning Qualifications Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Extensive experience as a people leader, competency project manager or similar position in large, multinational, matrixed organization Competencies Expert in people and learning design, facilitation, and creative development of learning content Competences in Quality, Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma), or HSE Management Solid Change Management and behavioral science knowledge and application experience Strategic organizational alignment capabilities including managing, communicating with, and influencing leaders in a large, multinational, matrixed organizations Performance evaluation including ability to set up quality assurance processes and analyze gaps and opportunities for improvement Skilled project, process, and event management skills Works seamlessly with relevant technology, tools, and systems, including benchmarking What we offer We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring and diverse work environment within the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
