Responsibilities Translate a global business strategy to tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals In partnership with business leaders, develop and coordinate global strategic workforce strategies based on market requirements Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational designs and build required capabilities in the organisation, drawing on P&C experts Engage in change management and transformation projects across Vestas Handle strategic recruitments across Vestas on Vice President and above level Coach executives on their people and business leadership in order to support them develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model Develop motivated and diverse teams living up to Vestas’ values – Collaboration, Accountability, Simplicity and Passion Qualifications Relevant business or HR education at Master Level is required combined with a solid HR toolbox Experience with partnering ideally from a complex global matrix environment Experience working with high level stakeholders, political savvy and very effective stakeholder management skills High degree of professionalism and ability to engage with top leaders Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate change management efforts to promote adoption of new processes and build bridge across value chains Fluently English skills, both orally and in writing.
