Key Responsibilities: Drive the commercialization of Dose Check Activate the existing commercial strategy and lead further development of the global commercial direction for Dose Check Develop promotional and training materials for the solution Create global marketing campaigns and lead strategically important accelerator projects to increase the adoption of the solution Contribute to projects that shape the commercial strategy and value proposition for Novo Nordisk’s digital health and digital therapeutics approach In this role, you will work with local affiliates in various markets and regional leads to ensure their requirements are met and assist them in planning for the commercialization of Dose Check, localization of assets, and the launch process of the solution. Additionally, you will collaborate with insulin brand teams, the SaMD system team, and multiple global and regional stakeholders across the commercial organization, as well as external partners. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Master’s degree or higher in business, economics, or another relevant field Formal project management training and a proven track record of successfully driving projects to achieve tangible benefits with highly engaged project teams At least six years of relevant work experience, including experience with projects in a commercial function and preferably therapy area knowledge of diabetes Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, with excellent command of spoken and written English. The role has a global scope, and some travel is expected (10-20 days a year).
