Be part of the team that is turning Lurpak into the biggest butter brand on the globe As the Global Brand Manager Lurpak®, you will work alongside 4 passionate marketers. Reporting to the Global Brand VP, you will have a global perspective when driving this iconic brand from strategy to implementation of new initiatives. Lurpak® has an ambitious growth agenda based on geographical expansion as well as continued growth in its core markets. This position will be based in Arla Foods Global Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Responsibility for innovation, channel development as well as growing the brand across a group of up and coming Lurpak® markets As Global Brand Manager for Lurpak®, you will create profitable growth for the brand across the globe – you will be a partner for Food service channel development and work in close cooperation with the global Food Service team, as well as driving one of the innovation projects in cooperation with Consumer Insight and New Product Development teams. On top of that you will be responsible for markets with high potential, such as Netherlands, SEA region and new opportunities – a group of markets with very ambitious growth plans. You will create campaigns and plans to build the Lurpak® brand and business. In overview, your primary tasks will be to: Kick off marketing mix development for our next global innovation platform Act as Business and Brand Partner to Food Service and a group of up and coming Lurpak® markets to define and develop an activity plans build a strong Lurpak® brand and business Develop campaigns and toolkits together with our digital in-house agency The Barn and our agency partners Follow up on performance in your markets and champion corrective actions Ambitious brand champion with commercial flair and strong project management skills You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have a minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience. You are passionate about understanding consumers, building iconic brands and creating breakthrough innovations. You have strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a global and outgoing mind-set that enables you to work with people across cultures and to create strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders. You are commercially driven and eager to stretch and develop yourself in a challenging new context. You bring positive energy and a “can do” attitude.
