Financial Controller – eloomi – København

Yes, we know, we are a pretty cool company!And right now, we’re looking to expand our Growth Analytics and Business Support team with just the right person to help us help our customers and our business.As our Financial Controller, you’ll be joining a super cool and professional team of business supporters, Sales and Marketing OPS specialists, and data analysts who together with our Finance partners work to support our customers, partners, and business at every step of the order-to-cash flow and financial reports and analyses.Basically, you’ll be responsible for making sure our customers, partners and internal stakeholders have the support they need – sounds pretty cool, right?!We are currently implementing ChargeBee as our primary billing, revenue recognition, and revenue reporting tool. You will play an important role in helping define how we will work with this tool as it becomes fully integrated into our workflows.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Revenue – from won deal to cash: * Follow-up on accounts receivables to optimize eloomi cashflow, including dunning and debt collection agents * Assist eloomi customers with vendor forms and other finance-related questions being the primary point of contact in the team * Primary point of contact internally for questions related to billing/invoicing/credit-notes etc. * Review Commission statements for the Sales team * Manage credit card refunds, chargebacks etc. External Partnerships: * Coordinate with external partners to ensure our timely payment processing * Ensure Cost & Revenue is reported correctly to partners and in eloomi bookkeeping * Partner reconciliations * Coordinate with outsourced Finance team for payments Month-end process & Reporting: * Assist with ensuring accuracy of revenue recognition * Cost controlling & assessment of monthly accruals * Review reconciliations & reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness * Prepare material for auditors (Financial year 1. July – 30 June) * Assist with ad hoc reports and analysis Requirements:eloomi is a scale-up and as a result your responsibilities will be wide and change over time – this will allow you to grow in your role as the company grows.
