Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow To optimise our work processes to meet complex business needs, we are looking for a Finance Process Specialist to join our team. You will be part of the Compensation and Master Data team, a group function responsible for the entire payroll management process. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in Corporate Finance, and you will report to Pernille Hedberg, Vice President, Compensation and Master Data. Your key responsibilities will be: Develop and optimise complex payroll and finance processes, Reporting on payroll and employee master data, Follow up on salary accounts and ensure correct postings, Test system upgrades and new payroll solutions, Business partnering with the COWI organisation.
