Within this region our diverse commercial team, comprising of both Sales & Field Engineering employees, showcase our ability to work dynamically and creatively to deliver our customer excellence approach and deliver the best results for our customer and for the patients.The team of 20 people work remotely, with many being field based, utilising our remote work capabilities and advances in digitization to ensure teamwork & collaboration is still at the heart of everything we do. Our NORDICS team are united in shaping creative solutions for our clients and partners and supporting Ortho’s success journey.Your new role:Within this role you will be focusing on our customer based in Denmark and the South of Sweden. As a Field Engineer you will be a key member of the local account service team working with the Account Manager, Lab Specialist and Administration colleagues. You will be responsible for Installing, maintaining, repairing, and modifying equipment (hardware & software) for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Within your role you will be responsible for scheduling workload, modifications, and maintenance visits within territory to minimize system down time and maintain high level of customer satisfaction, to meet the key performance indicators (KPI’s) set by service contracts.What you’ll be doing:Maintaining, modifying, upgrading, repairing & installing equipment (hardware & software) for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.Meeting all designated Customer Satisfaction goals, supporting customer retention results.Responding to customer requests for service support and schedules together with the Ortho Care Manager/Lead.Training & of customers on their maintenance responsibilities for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics equipment.Adhering to all governmental regulations/requirements as well as our own internal Compliance and Quality System.Following Ortho complaint handling procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.Contributing to opportunities for control of expenditure and revenue.Supporting Sales activity.What you’ll need to succeed:A degree in electronics, electro-mechanical or equivalent qualifications is highly desirable. In addition to a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in equipment repair.Ability to speak Danish & English fluently is an essential requirement. If applicants also possessed Swedish language skills, this would be highly desirable.Ability to work remotely, and independently with assistance from experienced colleagues.A self-motivated team player, who can interact appropriately with peers, sales counterparts & customers.Availability for travel around assigned regionMust possess exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.Must possess a customer focus mindset.It is desirable that applicants possess a good understanding of laboratory networks & an IT affinity in general.#LI-RP1
