Are you passionate about renewable energy and want to work with some of the biggest offshore wind turbines in the world, then join our team now in Offshore operational engineering factory support.The Operational Engineering Factory Support team deliveries all relevant engineering competences to support sourcing of components and manufacturing of Direct Drive offshore wind turbines. We support and work with various internal colleagues in Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing Quality as well as the global R&D department.For our team in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a Factory Lead for our MKIV Platform to support our production plants, installation and commissioning and other internal stakeholders on technical issues. You will be part of larger global department with colleges in Denmark, France, Germany and India.How to contribute to our visionAs Factory Lead for our MKIV Platform you will be responsible for evaluating and solving Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) from our vendors and the production. To overall prevent downtime in the production worldwide and uphold meet expected the highest possible quality level. With your proactive approach you will secure a stable line production and provide ideas and concepts for optimization and cost reduction. You will get a leading role in ensuring the alignment and coordination between the factories on the MKIV platform.We expect you to provide efficient support to internal customers in production, procurement, sales and project all to achieve the highest quality of components and manufacturing of wind turbines.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical engineering combined with at least two years of experience in Mechanical design/engineering – craftsman experience will be advantageous. You need to thrive in a multi-cultural environment and be a dedicated team player.It is key that you have excellent analytical and practical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks within a global organization. You have the ability to interface at all levels in a dynamic environment and provide efficient case handling from problem identification to actual implementation.
