Apply now!The positionAs Executive & Management Assistant in R&ED IT, you will assist the CVP and the leadership team in driving the area’s cross-organisational activities in accordance with the strategic targets.Key tasks include: * supporting the leadership team in driving operational excellence throughout R&ED IT* being responsible of the budgeting process including preparing and controlling area budgets in SAP * monitoring budgets and conduct continuous budget follow-up on cost centres as well as coordinating budget related issues with the Corporate Finance controller* drafting business update presentations where all employees from relevant areas are informed about key strategic goals, performance, and progress* driving organisational development planning processes, running internal projects, and managing and coordinating Global IT administrative activities on behalf of the areaQualificationsYou will be an active and proactive member of the R&ED IT leadership team interacting with internal stakeholders at all organisational levels. You will have a high degree of exposure to management. In particular, the candidate should meet the following requirements:* You hold a relevant Master’s degree e.g. in Business Administration, Computer Science or Economics and 2+ years of experience in a similar role* You have strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills. You have a flair for numbers and a solid experience in planning and controlling budgets* Strong cross-functional understanding as well as excellent collaboration, communication, and people skills* Well-structured approach to your tasks, and you are known for speedy and efficient execution. Accountable, take responsibility, have a high-quality mindset, capable of maintaining an overview also under time pressureMoreover, we expect our next joiner to be fluent in English and be a MS Office user with broader IT skills. In general, you have a high degree of flexibility and availability to support the leadership team.About the departmentR&ED IT is a part of Global IT in Novo Nordisk. R&ED IT employs more than 80 highly skilled IT professionals located in Måløv, Bangalore, Seattle, Beijing and Oxford.
