About you You have a vibrant personality and a fix-it’ attitude, you own the reception area and the floor spaceYou get great energy from pitching and closing deals for the event and conference spaces to associations, companies or partnersYou have excellent communication skills, a confident professional manner and a friendly and appealing attitude Key Responsibilities- Meeting, greeting and registering colleagues and guests to the office and events- Ensuring excellent channels of communication between you and the customers renting our space for events, meetings and conferences- You will assist the event and conferences team with research and introduction of a seasonal calendar of added value activities – helping to create a community vibe Life at Trifork The successful candidate will- Have exceptional customer service skills- Have positive energy, a friendly smile and supportive approach- Have a good level of IT skills and literacy- Be excellent in verbal and written communication in both Danish and English- Show previous experience in customer service- Show a high level of positive vibes
