Are you experienced within the field of legislation and do you thrive in working in an informal environment, then this position might be the next great opportunity for you!   About the departament The position is anchored in Sourcing Warehouse, which is a part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp) being responsible for managing the global inbound supply chain and delivering packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials. In Sourcing Warehouse, we take care of the inbound part of the raw materials. We er the first ones to get in contact with the raw materials, both in terms of reception and storage, but also by sampling in our classified areas.  The department is a mix of operators, lab technicians and academics and the culture is cordial and humorous. We are divided into two locations, with the main part in Hillerød and the other part in Kalundborg. The position is permanently located to Hillerød. The position You will be responsible for driving the environmental agenda in the department. You will together with colleagues in the department and across the organization, ensure that our facilities and processes always comply with regulatory requirements. You will be working as a trusted partner for the management group, but also have a large connection and collaboration, with colleagues on the shopfloor.  In your daily operation you will work with tasks that supports our “Circular for Zero” strategy to achieve the minimum environmental impact going forward. Focusing on how our energy end waste impact can be minimized, but you will also be ensuring that standard processes linked to the environmental agenda, such as audits and yearly activities are performed. The facility in Hillerød is complex and the storage of many hazardous materials calls for continuously training of our emergency preparedness and that we have a good and close contact with the local authorities. Both elements are be seen as a part of the position holder’s responsibility. Finally, the department is looking into expanding the capacity, so interactions with the expansion team will be expected, to ensure optimal green solutions.           You will find yourself working in close collaboration with the department H&S responsible. Furthermore, you will be a part of the Novo Nordisk internal network for environmental partners, for inspiration as well as ensuring that new standards are implemented locally.  QualificationsAs Environmental Partner you have significant and broad knowledge within the field, ideally from a business with many environmental conditions. You have an academic background and 2+ years of relevant experience. You have knowledge about legislative requirements and standards like ISO 14001. You have a fundamental desire and passion to make a difference within Environment. The key to success is your ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, keep an overview of a variety of tasks and ongoingly prioritise in an environment where you cannot necessarily predict what your day will look like. You have high personal drive, enabling you to pursue key focus areas and achieve results. You have a positive attitude, appreciate working independently and like to make an impact.
