The position As an EHS Partner you will have great impact on the whole organisation by driving strategies, and targets to promote and sustain the engagement for EHS. You will work across the organisation to collect insights of work processes in order to create and implement EHS improvements. There is a great variation of tasks such as: Participate in safety inspections. Provide guidance on different EHS subjects such as chemical hazards, noise and emergency response as well as recommendations for improving EHS aspects. Promote a proactive safety culture by creating initiatives to engage the organisation Plan, prepare and support at external and internal EHS audits. Assess EHS impact when changes are made to processes, equipment, or the facilities. Support incident registration and investigation. Qualifications To be successful in the role we expect you to have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree within environment or health & safety is preferred, however other relevant education will be considered. +5 years of experience within EHS management and particularly, a great experience with risk assessment and proactive EHS initiatives. Great oral and written communication skills in English, as you will work with various personalities. It is an advantage if you have experience with audits or health & safety management at construction sites so you can be part of site maintenance shutdowns. As a person you are expected to be outgoing, engaged and bring a can-do attitude. You take pride in motivating and engaging colleagues as well as managers. You are curious on different work processes and behaviours and able to present initiatives which matches the culture in the organisation. You manage your time well and change priority easily as you will operate at a site with many changes. You have great analytical skills, and your work is structured so you have a great overview and finish your tasks even in the busier periods. About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is a unit in Product Supply which produce different insulin products as well as launches new products. Business Support in IFP Bagsværd is a department of around 80 employees who are responsible for e.g. project management, logistics, training, cLEAN® and facility management.
