Key areas in our work are engagement, lead generation, data tracking and data consolidation both B2B and B2C. Drive business impact through personalized customer experiencesAs our new Email and Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and driving an efficient marketing automation ‘machine’ and connect related processes across platforms, data structures, interfaces and integrations.You will own and further develop our email and web-form tactics and automation setup while also expanding out into other marketing automation areas in broad collaboration with the team. Together, you will shape and design the best possible user experience and lead the conversion going forward. As a passionate subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in taking GN Hearing to the next level of data-driven and revenue-generating marketing.Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Own the global Email and marketing automation strategy in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Performance Team, the E-com and Digital Customer Solutions team and selected marketsContribute to driving digital transformation across the team and company and make the case for the power of email marketing and marketing automation in general as a contributor to business growthCommercially own marketing automation platform(s) (Salesforce Pardot), while also consider adding other fit-for-purpose platforms to our tech stack, in close collaboration with the Salesforce Product OwnerDesign lead generation framework focused on automated nurture tactics while also conducting nurture experiments to learn and adaptDesign and implement lead generating web-forms across websites and landing pages and optimize performance of theseDesign, implement and activate email templates, campaigns and lead nurture flows across selected marketsEnsure compliant permission management across web-forms in collaboration with our DPO officeDesign and implement lead scoringAnalyze and develop micro-segments and design automated treatments in collaboration with our CDP managerContribute to design and implementation of lead management processes in our CRM platform in collaboration with the Salesforce Product Owner and local sales teams across marketsSupport and train markets in designing emails and conducting segmented dispatches through our marketing automation platform(s)Delivering data-driven insights and decisions that improve marketing efficiency (in collaboration with the Global Analytics team)“This is an amazing opportunity to truly work with digital transformation and a data-driven reality from A to Z – from strategy and technology to IT development, deployment and data analysis,” says Senior Director and Head of Global Digital Marketing & Performance, Rune Kiowsky.A proactive CRM- and marketing automation specialist with an analytical mindsetAs a person, you are a team player who thrives working cross-functionally, and you come with a can-do attitude.
