For our HSE department we are looking for a new colleague within depth knowledge of Danish work environment legislation and flair for creating quality instructions to the rest of the organisation. How to contribute to our vision As an HSE Specialist at our Blade plant in Aalborg you will be responsible for the design and implementation of internal HSE guidelines and processes. You will be working with coordinating the newest development in Danish work legislation with Siemens Gamesa’s internal procedures. This will include close coordination with our work environment organization including planning and participating in work environment meetings and ensuring appropriate follow-ups are made on decisions agreed upon. You will also be in charge of the translation all relevant documentation between English and Danish ensuring that all new guidelines are assessable for the entire organization. You will furthermore be responsible for: * Analyzes and reports on changes in relevant HSE laws and regulations and recommend changes for internal documentation . * Collect, analyze and report data in connection with e.g. occupational injuries and accidents Planing and accomplishing roll out of HSE programs or projects, and monitors respective milestone in related organisation. * Analyses and monitors adherence to HSE standards in assigned organizations, and prepares regular HSE reporting. * Contributes to and participate in internal and external HSE audits, supporting Country HSE officer * Prepares regular external HSE reporting for official authorities, or for internal stakeholder What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
