What you will learn and contribute toAs the Wireless Technology technology area leader you will manage patent professionals and oversee the following activites:-. responsible for the filing and management of wireless implementation patents relevant to end user devices close collaboration with the rest of TECH as well as Nokia Bell Labs and Nokia R&D Support and growth of Nokia’s licensing businesses Your skills and experience You have: Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Physics/ Mathematics. Able to lead, motivate and inspire others Technical knowledge of wireless related technologies. Strong previous experience in patent filing and prosecution (5+ years). Drive for results. Great skills at building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Innovative and inspiring; able to successfully initiate new ways of doing things. Effective communicator; influences decision making of colleagues and partners.
