The positionAs a Director, you will be managing and developing an engaged and skilled team of Clinical Project Leaders, Global Trial Managers and Clinical Trial Administrators. Taking on this international role is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a large and global development organisation. You will be driving the global coordination of several clinical trials within one or more development programmes. Further, you will be a member of one or more Global Project Teams representing Clinical Operations and being accountable for accomplishing clinical project success by providing insights on operational strategy and ambitious plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for the plan and allocation of the needed resources for a given trial within the clinical programme. As line manager, you will be responsible for competency development and performance management by coaching and guiding your team members, setting expectations, and ensuring the success of the team. It is expected that you support the implementation of the trial management strategy as well as you are motivated by working with change management and providing guidance on ‘what good looks like’ for our team and roles. The job is based in Søborg, Denmark. Some travelling for meetings can be expected. QualificationsYou hold a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in science and have several years of experience working with clinical drug development. You have previous experience with line management and project management. It is also expected that you have experience with the operational aspects of planning and conducting global clinical trials. You are familiar with cross-organisational and global work and can navigate well in a project-driven matrix organisation.It is expected that you have the ability to inspire and motivate employees to do their best while having an organised and structured approach to leading employees. Preferably you have previous experience and can navigate well during organisational transformations.
