The Data Specialist, Demand is particularly involved in the data management side of the process and possess deep knowledge and insight on where and how data are structured and presented.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Optimize the use of the tools used in LM Wind Power’s mature S&OP process including the integration between ERP (Axapta) data, o9 S&OP, Power Query/Pivot/BI and Power Point tools. Assist to gather, review, challenge and deliver the expected and potential demand from the global Sales community over to the global Supply side of the S&OP. Assist in consolidating the balanced capacity according to agreed customer priorities as well as new product introductions and finally present the plan during the MBR (Management Business Review) meeting at each month end in case the Demand Manager is absent. Contribute to a lean, smooth and structured cooperation in the demand team consisting of two members as well as the entire S&OP Team.Qualifications:Master or bachelor’s degree in business/finance/engineering/supply chain.0-3+ years with practical & hands-on experience related data management import/export.Experience from demand/capacity planning is an advantage.Extraordinary Excel skills and data management insight needed.Experience with the technical aspect of Power Query/Pivot/BI etc.Strong number and business senseCharacteristics:Strong English oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Strong resilience to change in stakeholder demands and changing environmentAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
