Data & Analytics is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team with significant mandate and support. The roleWe are looking for a Business Engagement Lead to join the Data & Analytics Function, Chief Data Office. The Business Engagement Lead will support the programmes in the CDO, primarily Data Protection and Data Management program, to support the engagement of the programmes stakeholders. As a Business Engagement leadyou will work with the Programme Leads, Program Management Office, liaising with the programmes projects and important stakeholders across all Danske Bank Group entities and subsidiaries. This is part of ensuring communication and coordination with both internal & external stakeholders on programme activities. Together with the rest of the Program Management Office, you will help drive the program’s progress, by ensuring focus on engagement plans and knowledge-sharing.The team is working out of Vilnius, Copenhagen, and Aarhus. Though we are geographically spread out in different locations, we work closely together and plan on frequent physical meetings to ensure continuity, maintain team spirit, and foster close cooperation. We are hiring in both Lithuania and Denmark. You will therefore work in either Copenhagen, Denmark or in Vilnius, Lithuania.Your responsibilitiesDepending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role. An important element of the role is to liaise between responsible Group Entities and central program projects to ensure progress on engagement plans. This includes ensuring internal Communication and engagement within the central programme. Furthermore, you will: Support program projects in maintenance of engagement plans Maintain, operationalise and support the engagement model Define tools and templates needed to ensure good cooperation between central programme and responsible Group entities Define and operationalize the knowledge-sharing between central programme and responsible Group entities Define and maintain the engagement concept between responsible Group Entities and subsidiaries About youWe are looking for a Business Engagement Lead with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across all organizational levels. This role requires you to be comfortable reaching out to a lot of stakeholders and having weekly dialogues. To fill out this role is would also be necessary that you are Proactive and able to take ownership and drive your own tasks. Furthermore, you have: Experience working with large and complex projects and programs Solid understanding and experience with project management disciplines Detail-oriented mindset, are hands-on and able to transform chaos into structure A good critical sense and ability to drive tasks forward despite resistance from employees and managers Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English It is not a requirement but an advantage if you have: Project management certification such as Prince2 or equivalent IPMA C or B certification Experience working with banking and in a large global organization.
