Our team is the Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank working with each of the businesses to enable adoption of data and utilise analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients. Data & Analytics is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team with significant mandate and support.The Data Culture Lead is a vital role and a greenfield opportunity. This position is for promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making within an organisation and involves educating and training employees on data literacy, fostering collaboration between teams to share and interpret data, while ensuring data governance are followed. The role also involves driving initiatives to set up data academy for the bank that leverage data to improve business strategies and outcomes.You will Develop and implement a comprehensive data culture strategy that aligns with organisation’s goals. Design and deliver training programs and collaborate with technology vendors to define and execute the technical trainings for the organisation. Create resources, workshops, and guides to ensure employees understand how to interpret and use data effectively. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to bridge communication gaps. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the growth and impact of the data culture initiatives. Regularly analyse and report on the adoption of data-driven practices and improvements in decision-making. A great match Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a data-related role, with a focus on data strategy. Understanding of the Data platforms, Cloud services, Data products Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
