We are currently looking for a new colleague, able to perform as a technical writer with an interest in process optimization. Would you like to be part of a local team doing technical writing and have an interest in process optimization? Then this role might be the right one for you.
How to contribute to our vision
As a technical writer you will be responsible for writing and editing documentation of products, processes, and projects, such as user manuals, job aids, technical instructions/bulletins. You will perform an editorial review of the Service Bulletins, created to communicate the design modifications to be deployed on field, and you will create the Customer Service Bulletins according to authoring guides. You get to research technical and engineering information, including drawings, design and test specifications, product prototypes, and interviews with subject matter experts. You are also expected to investigate necessities to localize critical parts of documentations, in order to avoid cultural irritations or to meet legal requirements. In the long run you will be using your knowledge and experience from the production in processes optimization.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. To succeed in this position, you will need experience in technical writing and technical documentation (we imagine +1 year). You have an education in productions technology or similar or relevant experience with an interest in process optimization. You are good at communicating and have experience working in an active production, so you can jump in an out of the line when gathering information.
You are highly structured and methodical in your work, as well as able to think on your feet and make decisions based on what you see in the production.
As the position is located in Esbjerg Denmark, fluency in Danish, spoken, written and as technical language is a must.
