The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring costs for servicing the units are aiming budgets targets.The position is new and has reference to our Country Service Fleet Manager.Our motto is Stronger together and as our new colleague, you will get the chance to take your project and coordination skills to the next level. You will play a crucial part in TIP, working with key stakeholders across Europe.Your responsibilities will include:To ensure to keep a high UTE or, as giving on budget, by:Reservation and cancelling of unit reservationsHand over to customers for old and new equipment’s.Solid knowledge of asset in the yard to secure a minimum of “GT’ed” trailers for rental.Demonstrate understanding & drive improvements of customer satisfaction.Demonstrate a proactive and caring manner towards any customer.Provide the customer with the level of service and care prescribed by the companyTo ensure costs for servicing the units are aiming the budget or even better, by doing:In- and out-checks of unitsKeeping customers updated on due services.Create PO for vendorsStart engine on sitting trucks.Ordering maintenance/repairs on TIP own fleet (GT, CTG, Ready for sale, etc.)Your profile:Experience as truck mechanic or assistant workshop managerStrong administrative, organizational and time management skillsHave a customer centric approachProven track record in delivering process excellence The ability to organize and communicate at multiple levelsEquipment knowledge (trailers, trucks)IT Skills (Microsoft tools, Excel)Flexible and able to manage several tasks at the same timeA Scandinavian language on mother tongue level and a professional level for speaking and writing English TIP Group offers:If you are an organized and detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
