About the jobThe main purpose of this position is to book and coordinate all incoming service job. As many of our products are essential equipment onboard vessels, speed and flexibility are essential for this position.You will be part of the technical support team with responsibility of technical support, troubleshooting, service coordinating & claim handling of the Alfa Laval installed base onboard the vessels of our customers.Key tasks:Booking of service jobsClosing of service jobs, including reporting Prepare completed service jobs for invoicing Create better ways of working/new processes, by utilizing new digital tools.What you knowIn order to succeed in this position, you have customer support experience from businesses where the pace is high. You might have an administrative background like to improve the ways of working by utilizing new digital solutions. You have a good understanding of IT are comfortable working with MS Office and other customized programs.
