Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Project Vice President to head up the this highly critical project with high strategic impact for Novo Nordisk’s future business.  The DepartmentYou will be part of PS Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), which is the organisational unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply that makes all our Rare Disease products and supports other serious chronic diseases including diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular. BRD is the united effort of 2500 colleagues dedicated to serving patients with high quality products. The RoleIn the job you will be overall responsible for the planned expansion of our production facilities in Hillerød. This strategic investment is planned as a multi billion project, and has high attention from Novo Nordisk’s Senior Management. You will report to the Senior Vice President of PS Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD).  In headline the key responsibilities are:Coordinating central stakeholder management, communication and issues resolutionCommunicate and negotiate agreements with stakeholders inside and outside of Novo NordiskNegotiate contracts, payments and deliveries from national and international vendorsAnalyse complex multi-dimensional and cross-functional issues and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniquesResponsible for establishing the structure and building the competences of the future organisation tasked with operating the new facility QualificationsWe are looking for someone with experience within:Project management; leading large scoped complex projects with budgets of minimum 1 bdkk.Leading large construction projects of complex manufacturing facilities within highly regulated industriesIdentifying and mitigating risks while handling all the obstacles that follows a project this sizeStakeholder management on all levels  We expect you to be ambitious, driven and have excellent collaboration skills, combined with an ability to make decisions and set direction.
